Patong Hill Estate is less than 3 minutes(by car) to the beaches, restaurants and nightlife that Phuket is famous for.

The luxury se view Villa offers beautiful contemporary Thai design with 4 bedrooms, each with private ensuite and Plasma TV’s complete with satellite television. The 2 upstairs master bedrooms both offer lovely spa baths where you can open the shutters and enjoy the views of Patong Bay as you unwind and relax.

The Villa comprises of 2 lounge areas for you to relax and enjoy – a 72” Plasma TV with satellite TV,  DVD and Home Theater and a sea view lounge with doors that open wide to enjoy the sea breezes and fantastic views – ideal for that early evening cocktail or morning relaxng read.

A fully equipped kitchen is provided complete with everything you need to prepare you meals. A private Chef is available on request and she can prepare fantastic Western breakfast or Thai meals.

Your private swimming pool is surrounded with beach recliners and your pool towels are provided for your Villa or beach use.

The Villas are very secure and offer a wonderful location to enjoy Phuket from. The Villa comes with resident maids, so your daily maid service, cleaning and general laundry will be well taken care off. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Villa for your convenience.

The Villa is close to Patong and Karon, but transport is recommended. We can source a variety of vehicles for you, or arrange a few automatic scooters, which are the best way to get around Patong.

Local tuk tuk’s can easily be sourced just outside the gate, but the walk up to the Villa is steep and sometimes the local tuk tuk’s do not want to drive up the hill. It is not a long walk, but it is steep and may be an issue for elderly or young children. Vehicles are recommended for this Villa.

The minimum stay for this Villa is 5 days and includes airport transfers. Shorter stays may be possible, but airport transfers will not be included. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.
