We personally inspect every Villa we represent and constantly seek feedback from our Customers to make sure the Villa continues to meet or exceed both their high expectations, as well as ours. We provide that feedback to you so you can continue to improve your Villa rental business.

We are a standard commision agent, but go far beyond what other agents do. We stay in contact with our Customers providing unique Phuket information on select restaurants, tours, attractions as well as  reminders. We also like to visit the Villa (with your approval) once the Customer has settled in to bring a welcome gift and make sure they are comfortable. We often have special promotions for our Customers and never lose a Customer's business to price.

As well as a Villa listing and booking service, we offer unique services to help Owners turn their private Villa into a 5-star luxury rental property We offer a range of marketing solutions, including website development, agent packs and recruitment and International marketing, as well as handling all your enquiries and bookings, recruiting and training staff and managing your Villa just like it was our own.
